No, that is not a lipstick, that is Vincent Longo’s lipstain, a simply marvelous invention. Longo’s lipstain comes in many different forms and shades ranging from daring to demure – but the trick is in the application. Stain must be applied with a light hand, and then layered with either a clear or colored gloss for ultimately supple lips.

May I suggest some gloss from Nars for this very purpose?

I love*love*love every single shade of Nars gloss. But, the best of the best and most universally flattering is truly(Glancing Girl demurely casts her eyes downward and whispers…)Orgasm. I know – it might be a little out of your comfort zone to ask the shop girl to direct you toward the Orgasm lip gloss. But YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT. This shade looks absolutely lovely on every last person I have ever forced it upon. Other great shades include Dolce Vita, Greek Holiday, and Stella.
