Sarah Seven is a Portland designer and her etsy shop is amazing.

I especially love this super-sexy*yet*demure secretary skirt and ruffle top.

I’ve had good luck finding high-waisted skirts in the shop and pairing them with sleek blouses.

It’s very Mad Men.

I have not, however, found a ruffle top as to*die*for as this Sarah Seven number.
