I was not a fan of Taylor Momsen’s raccoon-eye look during the last season of Gossip Girl but since I can’t be positive she’s making bad eye makeup choices in this shot, I’ve decided to praise her.
The aviators are totally classic, the biker jacket the perfect touch of punk, pretty pink lips, and perfect waves.
Huzzah, Taylor!
