Spicy Shrimp and Avocado Arugula Salad

I noticed that I have not posted much seafood on the Sunday Funday bit. I stumbled across this awesome shrimp salad recipe, something that would be great for on the barbecue on these last summer days!

Make sure to compliment it with a Corvallis Beer for the last day in Corvallis Beer Week! Something light and crisp to offset the spicy shrimp.
