Remember I told you earlier this week that a classic trench is a must?

It really is.

Just look at how sophisticated these women look …

One of the greatest things about a trench is it doesn’t matter how un-inspired what you have on underneath is because you don’t have to take your coat off at all if you don’t want to.

Just make sure you have a great pair of heels and fabulous earrings and you’re sure to look perfectly chic and sexy.

This shot of Jenny made me remember to share with you a wardrobe item I think is an essential *must* for every woman.

A long, drapey, blanket-like cardigan in a very plush material. Think cashmere, or angora…something uber-luxurious.

This piece will cost you {even in a resale shop} but it will be a purchase you will never regret.

My own cashmere, calf-length cardigan is something I wear year-round…on cool summer nights as often as chilly fall mornings.
